WILD BLUEBERRY MAPLE SHAKE

Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 scoop (~1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 tsp Coombs Rich Taste Maple Syrup

2 tsp chia seeds (optional)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sub almond milk yogurt for lactose-free)

1 cup milk (or sub almond milk for lactose-free)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk (or almond milk) for a thinner consistency, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
